- Dormitory Facility for the workers in adherence to ILO (international labor organization) standards by providing minimum of 09 bedroom. living area for individual workers.
- Free RO Water facility and Free Electricity.
- Occupational health checkup for the workers at regular intervals

Safety For Life
Following procedures and methods adopted by Lucky Steel Industries [SBD]
- Regular in-house and external training by competent persons
- Selection of required PPE as per Risk Assessment carried out by the yard’s HSE Team
- Creating an environment of teamwork as well as increase the system awareness to all employees
- Detailed Emergency Response Plan training to all workers. Emergency Response Plan for individual Vessel to train the workers working on the vessel
- Regular Mock-drills carried out to make workers aware what to do in the real time emergencies
- Centralized Fire-fighting system in the Plot and back yards
- Fire extinguisher available on the plot, ship and back yard
